The following refund, payment, and discount terms apply specifically to purchases made directly on shopifytemplates.com for ShopifyTemplates-owned themes and digital products. Products purchased from the Shopify Theme Store, Shopify App Store, or any other external marketplace are not eligible for refunds or discounts under this policy. Because our themes are non-tangible, irrevocable digital products, all purchases are considered final unless stated otherwise below.

1. Refund Eligibility

All theme purchases from ShopifyTemplates are non-refundable, except for select products where a refund window is explicitly offered.

If a refund applies to a particular theme, you may request it within 14 calendar days of purchase.
This applies only to themes sold directly on shopifytemplates.com. Refund decisions are at the sole discretion of ShopifyTemplates.

2. Digital Product Nature

Our themes are delivered instantly as digital files.
Because digital items cannot be “returned,” we cannot offer refunds for:

• Downloaded or accessed products
• Incorrect purchases
• Change of mind
• Lack of technical skill
• Third-party conflicts (apps, scripts, custom code)
• Store incompatibility caused by modifications

5. Refund Process & License Removal

If a refund is approved:

• The theme license becomes immediately void
• You must permanently delete:
• All copies of the theme
• Versions installed on Shopify stores (live or unpublished)
• Backups, duplicates, or development copies

Only one refund may be granted per customer or agency for any eligible theme.

6. Chargebacks

If a customer files a chargeback against ShopifyTemplates:

• The theme license is instantly terminated
• All copies of the theme—live, unpublished, or in development—must be deleted
• If the chargeback is resolved in favor of ShopifyTemplates, we may charge a fee to recover chargeback-related costs

We strongly encourage contacting our support team before initiating any dispute.

7. Subscription Services

If ShopifyTemplates offers subscription services

• Subscription fees are non-refundable
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• You must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal time
• Cancellations must be done directly through your account or subscription portal

We are not responsible for late cancellation requests.
