The following refund, payment, and discount terms apply specifically to purchases made directly on shopifytemplates.com for ShopifyTemplates-owned themes and digital products. Products purchased from the shopifytemplates.com are not eligible for refunds or discounts under this policy. Because our themes are non-tangible, irrevocable digital products, all purchases are considered final unless stated otherwise below.
1. Refund Eligibility
All theme purchases from ShopifyTemplates are non-refundable.
2. Digital Product Nature
Our themes are delivered instantly as digital files.
Because digital items cannot be “returned,” we cannot offer refunds for:
- Downloaded or accessed products
- Incorrect purchases
- Change of mind
- Lack of technical skill
- Third-party conflicts (apps, scripts, custom code)
- Store incompatibility caused by modifications
3. Chargebacks
If a customer files a chargeback against ShopifyTemplates:
- The theme license is instantly terminated
- All copies of the theme—live, unpublished, or in development—must be deleted, If we see it online and using the Chargeback don’t approve
- If the chargeback is resolved in favor of ShopifyTemplates, we may charge a fee to recover chargeback-related costs
We strongly encourage contacting our support team before initiating any dispute.
4. Subscription Services
If ShopifyTemplates offers subscription services
- Subscription fees are non-refundable
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
- You must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal time
- Cancellations must be done directly through your account or subscription portal
We are not responsible for late cancellation requests.
